Service Description

Our full wedding planning service offers comprehensive assistance with every detail of your big day. From venue selection to vendor management, we ensure a seamless experience, making your dream wedding come to life. Researching and sourcing all vendors. * (Ex. venue, DJ, catering, bar services, decor, florals, officiant, rentals, hair and makeup, alterations, wedding party attire) with regard to client's vision, location, and budget. Wonderfully Wed will provide the Client with detailed information on 3-6 vendors for each category which clearly states cost, availability, services provided, website links, reference photos, and contact information, and tour scheduling for the client, if applicable. Client will make the final decision regarding which vendor to book, with insight and support from the Wonderfully Wed team. Booking of all vendors, and contract review and negotiation when appropriate. Budget oversight.  Payment tracking and reminders.  Vendor communication throughout the planning phases.  Attending vendor meetings (if local, or with prior planning) Unlimited text and email communication with the client and vendors. RSVP tracking and follow up after the deadline.  Invitation creation Monthly check in meetings Timeline creation (Master, and a specific timeline for each vendor) Compilation of all key songs for the DJ Compilation of shot list for the photographer (Will list out family members names to make sure all family photos are taken accurately)  Creation of a ceremony layout Creation of a reception layout Creation of a vision board and helping with design ideas.  3 hours on site, rehearsal day Decor drop off / set up assistance (if allowed by the venue). Rehearsal coordination (Running through the processional, recessional, and key ceremony and reception moments, timed appropriately with music) Up to 14 hours on site, on the wedding day. Vendor directing and POC.  Help setting up tables, chairs, arches, etc to bring the vision to life.  Set up of decor, if provided by the bride* (Additional fees apply if no other florist or decorator is hired) Oversight of vendor setup and frequent check-ins. (All vendors)  Cake cutting assistance, if the catering team does not offer cake cutting. Helping clean / clear the venue by the time allowed.  Oversight of ceremony and reception break down. Cleanup and packing of decor provided by the couple.  Ensure leftover food is packed and loaded into the designated vehicle.
