Service Description

Vendor communication beginning one month before the wedding date. Attending a venue walkthrough Unlimited text and email communication Acting as the guest and vendor point of contact Timeline creation (Master, and for each vendor) Advising on a ceremony layout Advising on a reception layout Up to 2 hours on site, rehearsal day. Rehearsal coordination (Running through the processional, recessional, and key ceremony and reception moments, timed appropriately with music) Up to 12 hours on site, on the wedding day. Managing vendor arrivals and deliveries. Set up of decor, provided by the client. Timeline management. Cake cutting assistance, if the catering team does not offer cake cutting. Oversight of ceremony and reception set up and break down. Cleanup and packing of decor provided by the couple. Ensure leftover food is packed and loaded into the designated vehicle (if the caterer allows).
